Im from daly city, ca. Its my first time not to be with family on new years eve. we usually have some party drunkenness fun. but this year, im not joining them (well, for personal reasons). I want to go celebrate the new year somewhere fun. party/club/whatever. My budget is low so somewhere not too expensive... free is even better but i know that its pretty unlikely to have free places on new years eve. Where can I go?
